A letter dated January 18, 2002, was received from Mike Abbott,                                     
Legislative Director, Office of the Governor, stating pursuant to the                               
veto override of the following:                                                                     
                                                                                                    
             SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(RLS) am S                                     
     "An Act regulating nongroup entities and certain tax-exempt                                    
     organizations under Alaska's election campaign finance statutes;                               
     and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign                                        
     contributions."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
the engrossed and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Lieutenant                                
Governor's Office for permanent filing and the following chapter
